Strange Music

Occasionally when I am reading a thread I hear strange music on my PC that comes out of nowhere. I can't see anything on the screen other than the forum, and I can still navigate, just the strange music that plays for about 1 min. I have heard what sounds like TV commercials in the past as well. No visuals, just sound. Does this happen to anyone else? Is in my internet browser or just the .org? Doesn't happen anywhere else.

Oh. I never scrolled down to look at them when the music was playing. The commercials, I could understand your explanation, but the music is weird without any vocals. But I will check it out!

This is an idea, btw. A good music theme from totalwar can be run for a short time when you visit the forum. Of course, there should be an option to be disabled.

Could be virus? I had one like a few months back, and it was sooooo annoying. If you hear it elsewhere...

I use Firefox with Adblock Plus, so I don't get ads. Anyway, can't you simply switch the speakers off?

Yea I do. I hate it, especially when I get on in the middle of the night when people are trying to sleep.
