How would I make the Eqvites Extraordinarii (Elite Heavy Cavalry of the Italic Allies) recruitable during the Camilian, Polybian, Marian and the Augustan time periods?

Is it save game compatible?

You need to edit the EDB (Export_Descr_Building) and add them in the respective roman barracks, but it would be hard for someone who's not an expert on the EDB.
