I've seen cats do that on the hunt, but this is indeed scary.
The cats have a secret plan for taking over the Earth.
And believe it or not, that penguin reminds me of a chap from college.

Oddly enough, today I've seen the same behaviour pattern committed by a single penguin again, in another video clip of penguins in a snow-covered area this time.
The penguin world either has an ever-wandering Sid Vicious whose energy and charisma is too alien for the community or zoologists has something to answer.
