Slashandburn has an attack power of 8 or over. (the three attackers on him were 2,2,4)

I was asked to join that group, but Pizza was wanting me to attack Lord of Lent (which I did.) for some sort of masterplan.

Actually since I was one of the attackers, he would have had to have a strength of >9 since I have a strength of 3, in accordance to my duel with GE, so he became 0 and I gained a strength as a result of winning the duel. So I do know then who is the strongest one in our group of four. So please speak up now or forever hold your peace.

Kagemusha versus Slashandburn?

A double-edged sword, there are downsides. Makes a known SK more powerful, but therefore a more likely mafia target.

Possible for Kage to win, reduce Slash's power, and we learn something new about Kage.

We lynch Slashandburn in due time anyway, and reveals no other strong roles in the process. If Slash is to be our pawn, put him to work, or do away with him, I'd suggest.

Day 3 summery
Lord Naritsugu came skipping out of the room to the still noisy garden.

"SILENCE! Lord Naritsugu is present." Kitou shouted.
"people" spoke Lord Naritsugu, with a lower case p. " Good discussion today. Very good. Its such a sunny day, what say we all leave here alive today? Ey?"

Samurais looked at each other as the rain continued to strike their cheeks. But they didn't mind that offer.

"However I do like to see duels! Duels! I love duels! Come forward Sasaki! Come forward Kage!"
So the duo who wasn't even voted for came out to fight. Crowd cheered as Sasaki came out once more while the pizzaguy in the afterlife nodded in approval.

Sasaki kept his Katana in the sheath prepared in the Iai form while Kage pulled out his Wakisashi and held it up side down.. The assassins form.
No jokes, no taunts. The two silent Samurais glared and read each others breaths. Then they started simultaneously. 3 seconds later they were on the opposite side. Kage held his bleeding stomach, while Sasaki calmly placed his Katana back in the sheath. Unharmed.

Kage was taken away to the medics while Sasaki left in applause.
"MERRY ME SASAKI SAN!"
"YOUR MY HERO SASAKI SAN!"
"SENSEI!!"

Once they finished discussing todays duel, each of them went back to their position. Not knowing what might happen next.

Well our attack did show up something of what slashandburn is, so if he does not want be attacked tonight, then please contact me and tell us what you are doing tonight. Also it looks like Beskar got confused as the total strength and stating that someone was a four, since no one in our group of vigs has that strengh, but our total strength of the attack was as stated, just that he forgot that I gain power from my duel.

Night 3 summery


Captain Blackadder was meditating, looking back to his life if what his done was right.
If he had not been listening to the surrounding, he might've not been able to sense the attack.
As the Yajin was the master of blending in the nature.

Captain Blackadder rolled forward to dodge the wooden stick.

"Aww missed." said the attacker.


"Have you got no honour?" said Captain Blackadder, spitting on the ground.
"Well, I thought surprise attack will end your misery faster." he answered.

Captain sighed and took out his sword. "Well then. Come on barbarian."

Captain Blackadder was simply over powered by his opponent. He taunted the Captain as he kept on dodging the attack.

"Aww.. Close. Aww. Almost"

Captain started panting, while his opponent energetically fought, slowly cornering the Captain.

"YARGH!!"
Suddenly the attacker smashed down his wooden stick at Blackadders head.
The Captain accidentally used his sword to block it.
Captain Blackadders sword broke in half, and the stick got his head anyway.

"Should've dodged." the attacker pitifully looked at the dying man. "Lets end your misery"
The attacker smacked the Captain in the head, this time getting it without any obstacles.

Tonights prey was Cecil.

"Are you hear to arrest me?" calmly asked Cecil. "If so, your dead wrong because I've done nothing wrong."
"Lying doesn't do you any good Cecil. If you want to live with honour, then better not to tell a lie." said one of the attacker. "

Cecil laughed. "What difference does it make? Lying or not, I'm still a dead Samurai"
Cecil drew his sword in a desperate attempt to live on. Attackers also drew their Katanas, slowly surrounding the man.

Battle was quickly over, Cecil was no more.

Chimpyang was patrolling the outside. As he turned the alley to the left, he noticed someone standing behind him.
Immediately noticing the danger, Chimpyang drew out his sword. Despite Chimpyangs action, his opponent didn't seem to be bothered.
He slowly drew out his sword and copied Chimpyangs form.

Chimpyang was one of the few man in the castle who have actually killed an man before. Thus he was one of the better swords man.
But after a few exchange of sword with this opponent, he knew he was about to get defeated.

Minute later, the attacker left. Leaving the cold corpse of Chimpyang.
"Not bad, but still weak" said the attacker. He sadly smiled and bowed to the dead man.

Kagemusha was on a small holiday. He havn't been to any meeting or to patrols.
Kagemusha was perfectly safe in his favourite place... The library.
Except someone seemed to have thoght that Kagemusha is the traitor.

"Kage. I've been looking for you. Your the traitor aren't you?"
Kage only said no. He went back to searching for books.
The attacker drew out his sword and shouted "Take your sword out!!"

Kagemusha sighed and took out his Wakisashi with his uninjured arm. He took a glance at the attacker and sighed again.
"I can't win this. Can I ask you for a massive favour?" asked Kagemusha.
"To your enemies?" giggled the attacker. "Fine. Ask."
"Can you do the 介錯 (Kaishaku) for me?"

With that Kagemusha shoved in the Wakisashi on his own stomach.
Just before Kagemusha started to groan in agony, the attacker moved swiftly to cut off his head.

Successful Seppuku. The attacker bowed in respect.

God Emperor was still recovering from his defeat in the duel.
When a visitor came over.

"Aww please.. What now?"
"Hello God Emperor... Remember me?"
"No. Friend or foe?"
"Foe"

God Emperor sighed and prepared to be killed.

"Well who are you?"
"Its me.. A Samurai."
"And what did I do to you to deserve this?"
"Well in my previous life... I was a legendary dwarf legionnaire."
"Dwarf legionnaire? I don't remember that...."
"You don't remember the fact that you don't owe me 20 gold pieces!!?? SINNER!! SINNER MUST BE KILLED!!"
"Umm... What?"

The attacker skipped at God Emperor, using a rather unusual form.
God Emperor who have lost the will to fight, simply waited for him to end the misery.

On his last breath God Emperor said.
"I remember now... About the 20 gold pieces.... Come collect in the next life..."

Kitou knew exactly where he was. Local farming area, to find a pretty girl.
If only the rebels knew about it, Naritsugu could be dead 5 or 6 times already.

We need to find those who are stronger that a 3 so we should be proposing duels.

Right, quite a few kills last nigh, however I've come across various pieces of information in addition to what I already know and will attempt to put together an idea of what occured over the night.

Firstly, slashandburn killed Captain Blackadder; this was at my request, with pever's blessing, based upon Pizza's suspicions before he found out about his death.

Secondly, we have the Cecil XIX kill; that was a co-ordinated vigilante attack based on a few suspicions, although there were supposed to be eight members and only five bothered to turn up... I know the identity of four of them (one of which was me, the other three confirmed their kill order was sent), so can the final person get back to me as to who they were? And can the rest get in touch and explain why they didn't act? I know I'm not as 'cool' as Pizza, but come on! ¬_¬

The Chimpyang kill, I'm not certain; I've been told that he chose to attack slashandburn with classical_hero last night and it may have gone awry, but I can't be certain. Perhaps classical could clear the matter up?

I have been informed that Kagemusha was killed by autolycus, who was one of the attackers of slashandburn the previous night. The question is, why target Kagemusha when he was easily beaten by Sasaki and thus highly likely to be a townie? Some explaination required.

And finally, the God Emperor kill; the killer mentions my mafia game from the summer and something that occured within that game... the killer can only be Reenk Roink. However, Reenk's been 'sponsored' by Lord Naritsugu, so should be considered off-limits until he decides otherwise. :/

I believe I've ascertained which three vigilantes failed to act, and I'll approach them privately to clear things up.

Currently, I believe that autolycus warrants the most scrutiny for the Kagemusha attack.

I'll be reducing the vig group for the following night to keep more protection on Naritsugu; the average townie strength actually seems to be 1.

My gut reaction when I'd seen that Kagemusha had died was that it was specifically a mafia attack to keep Pizza out of the game; if my source regarding the killer is correct, then it was definitely autolycus. Bit of a low move no matter who it is, though.

I think he deserves a chance to explain, rather than let a runaway bandwagon go... but vote: autolycus in the meantime.

I had been planning on going after slashandburn again because I don't like neutrals, I asked my colleagues on my vig squad if there was someone else they felt we should go after instead. Classical_hero sent a message back suggesting "kege", which I interpreted to be kagemusha, so I changed my target. Are we allowed to post PMs from other players in this game? If so, I'm happy to post the message from classical_hero. There's your explanation. I'll vote:csargo, for the moment.

slashandburn's trustworthy because he was given a target to kill and he followed through with it, so he's worth keeping around for as long as he is cooperative.

The rules don't mention PMs from other players, so it's probably fair game to post them in-thread; either way, we need to get the Kagemusha kill cleared up, it's a pretty scummy choice to make for a vigilante attack.

On an additional note, I'm not certain that Lord Naritsugu will approve of a vote against Csargo.
