The game is starting!

The next morning, everyone in the palace were gathered together in the Throne Room where the scene from the previous night was untouched, now visible in the light of day. Lord Hinjo, Shojo's nephew, commander of the Sapphire Guard, and the new leader of Azure City itself faced them with a grave face and a hard voice.

"In the dark of night, my beloved uncle Shojo, leader of our proud city and beloved by The Twelve Gods, was murdered as he was about to retire. While it seems that one of his loyal paladins arrived at the scene in time to slay the culprit who committed the crime, his life is forfeit. Furthermore, upon studying the corpse of the attacker, I have learned that he appears to be a member of a band of criminals known as The Linear Guild. Since none have left or entered the palace since my uncle's death, the allies of this henious murderer must still be among us.

"I have ordered the guards to shut every exit from the Palace. The culprits will be found and dealt with, then and only then can any of us leave this building. I hope you will all see to it that justice is brought to the guilty."

It is now day 1! Night comes in roughly 30 hours!

Role PMs are being sent out during the next 15-20 minutes.
In your PM, you will notice a "Combat Strength" stat. The use of this stat is twofold; It determines whether you will be able to survive an attack (By equalling or besting the attacker's strength), and it is used to determine when the game is over. The mafia need not necessarily overpower the town, as long as the combined strength of the mafia is above that of the remaining town players alive

No, but the round isn't quite over yet and there's time for people to move their votes.

IMO the low vote totals indicate that the mafia aren't being voted for, or if so, heavily, and therefore they are staying quiet and keeping their heads down.

I'd rather vote for someone who fits those criteria, and push the lynch in a direction of my own choosing. I feel if my assumption (heads down mafia) is correct, the odds of victory increase with this move.

Yes what you say makes sense but of course all theories similar to yours tend to fall short when faced with inactivity, which I think is the problem here.

If I were to pick the scummiest player so far I would say Romanic, and yet Romanic has appeared scum-like to me in three games successively now, and I am starting to wonder if he is just natively anti-town in his style.

Maybe something will rear it's head in the next 10 hours.

Again, just like in CoV, you are throwing accusations without saying why. What a shame that you are still alive in that game, so I cannot figure if that behavior is Scummy Glenn or Town Glenn.

My posts so far, before that "accusation", are not exactly full of scumtells I believe. Let's check them together, shall we?

Actually, if someone feels like it, I wouldn't mind pressuring, and even lynch Glenn, immediately, but I feel that my vote is more useful on YLC. If someone votes for Glenn, I will switch immediately. If 2 players vote Glenn, I'll throw in a little jig.

Nice timing of course, but it seems that we also arrived at such a conclusion via speaking privately. Didn't even see your post until YLC pointed it out to me.

I kind of agree, because of the following best-case-I-can-think-of-day-one:

No one seemed to care if Winston or Seon got lynched, except Glenn. No one seemed to care if Cecil got lynched. Glenn's the only one who seems to be paying close attention to the first round voting, and who is getting lynched.

It might indicate apprehension.

I think tactically it's the better move. But really, this is still a shot in the dark.
