That's odd. There has to be something.They have a bounty hunter system in the game. Though its not that effective since there is almost no way to locate people, you would have to have contacts all over the Eve universe in case someone happened to seem that person.
Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.
