Generic Error: Missing Texture - please help

I had to move RTW and EB from my old computer to my GF's old computer. However for some reason I get the following error when I am about to start a battle as Rome against the AS.

Generic Error:
Missing Texture
data/models_unit/textures/EBUNIT_ARMAN&AGART_STEPPE_CAVALRY_ARMENIAN_EYESPARAPET_HORSE.TGA

I have no clue on what to do.
Does anyone have this file that they can send me; or is something more going on.

Please run validateinstallation.bat found in your root RTW folder and post your results here.
Are there other errors in battles, or is it just that specific selection?

I don't know why but the validation isn't working correctly; it just gives me a blank txt file.

It says:
Running validation. Could take a couple of minutes, please be patient.
'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Validation is complete. There should now be a new file called "ebValidationResults.txt" in this directory. However, if you're running Vista and have installed RTW/EB under PROGRAM FILES, it probably won't. In fact, if so you're very likely to run into trouble later because of that placement. Make sure you have installed RTW/EB anywhere else.

Maybe I'll wait and see if I can get my old computer back.
