Hi

I wonder if it is possible to disable protectorates for me and for the AI. I never use it myself, but I see that the AI use it from time to time with other factions. I see this as a barrier for bigger factions to grow.

So is there some way I can disable the use of protectorates for AI and myself?

I don't think so. Diplomacy is hardcoded, so you can't modify it. But there might be a script that prevents ai from using this option.
