    Some stupid questions:
    1) Can we chose the starting point/ theatre? For example Western Territories?
    2) For what period of time do we make our orders, days, weeks, months years?
    3) Are there other armies than the ones played by the players?

    1. Yes, so long as it is in your namesake state-region(for example, no armies of the western department in virginia :P)
    2. Turns, which take 6 months each.
    3. Only if there is a seige. Cities tend to have Militias. :P

Yep. It'd be too easy for you to take over anything west of Pennsylvania otherwise.

Relax. I'm only raising these armies in case a place is dangerously vulnerable.

Besides, I never said I couldn't allow a friend of mine to send orders for the CPU army...

    TURN 1:

The game began as, in Virginia, both sides took a defensive stance; The Union at the border of Virginia, the Confederacy at the Bull Run River. The only action done was that of the Confederate Cavalry, who attacked the occupied towns of Leesburg and Alexandria; the two towns were taken by Union troops attempting to establish a foothold in Virginia.

    Battle of Leesburg:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
    BATTLE OF LEESBURG
    Confederacy: 2,000 Cavalry
    Union: 4,000 Infantry

    Southern Skirmish:
    CSA: 1,500 Cavalry
    USA: 2,000 Infantry

    Casualties:
    CSA: 77 Killed, 154 Wounded
    USA: 121 Killed, 243 Wounded

    Northern Skirmish:
    CSA: 500 Cavalrymen
    USA: 1,000 Infantrymen

    Casualties:
    CSA: 26 Killed, 51 Wounded
    USA: 51 Killed, 103 Wounded

    Result: Inconclusive;
    Confederate Tactical Victory
    Federal Strategic Victory

    Leesburg recaptured by CSA

    Battle of Alexandria:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
    Battle of Alexandria
    CSA: 4 Cavalry Brigades
    USA: 3 Infantry Brigades

    Southern Skirmish:
    CSA: 2 Cavalry Brigades
    USA: 2 Infantry Brigades

    Casualties and Losses:
    CSA: 205 Killed, 410 Wounded
    USA: 485 Killed, 970 Wounded

    Northern Skirmish:
    CSA: 2 Cavalry Brigades
    USA: 1 Infantry Brigade

    Casualties and Losses:
    CSA: 242 Killed, 485 Wounded
    USA: 206 Killed, 411 Wounded

    Combined Casualties:
    CSA: 447 Killed, 965 Wounded
    USA: 691 Killed, 1,318 Wounded

Result: Confederate Strategic Victory, Union Tactical Victory
Confederate Cavalry withdraws down road, prepares defenses

After the Battle of Alexandria, the Confederate Cavalry withdrew down the road, falsely thinking that this was a Federal Invasion of Virginia. However they soon realized that the Federals were not coming, and so they rejoined the Defensive Line at the Bull Run River.

Meanwhile, in the West, Confederate troops have redeployed. A large force has shifted across Missouri, to St. Louis; this may be a plan for a future invasion...

Also, in Ohio, the Army of Tennessee has begun it's attack; It besieges Cincinatti.

    Battle of Cincinatti:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
    BATTLE OF CINCINATTI
CSA: 3 Infantry Corps, 1 Cavalry Corps
    USA: 3 Infantry Corps

    Skirmish at Alexandria:
    CSA: 1 Infantry Corps
    USA: 1 Infantry Corps

    Casualties and Losses:
    CSA: 597 Killed, 1,194 Wounded
    USA: 643 Killed, 1,286 Wounded

    Skirmish at Bridgetown:
    CSA: 5 Infantry Brigades
    USA: 7 Infantry Brigades

    Casualties and Losses:
    CSA: 746 Killed, 1,493 Wounded
    USA: 1,501 Killed, 3,001 Wounded

    Confederate Flank Attack:
    CSA: 3 Infantry Brigades
    USA: 3 Depleted Infantry Brigades

    Casualties and Losses:
    CSA: 432 Killed, 863 Wounded
    USA: 388 Killed, 775 Wounded

Result: Union Flank collapses, Union forces retreat
    Cincinatti Falls to Confederates

    Total Casualties:
    CSA: 1,775 Killed, 3,350 Wounded
    USA: 2,532 Killed, 5,062 Wounded

And with that, Turn 1 is concluded. I will send out orders for turn 2 some time this week, in the meantime I shall edit the troop numbers for each army.
