Default Help Me Remember: Japanese Fighting Game for PS1

Insane amounts of gratitude to anybody who knows the name of a japanese-style fighting game I played when I was a kid.

    Parts I can remember:
    PS1
    3 on 3 (I think)
One of the female characters had a laser cannon on her arm that you could fire as a special move
One of the guys could pull out a baseball bat as a special move
I think there was an elastic guy who could kick across an insane distance

Just a shot in the dark, I know, but it's been annoying me for quite some time

For what its worth, it sounds like Marvel vs Capcom

Though that was only 2v2, it was probably one of the various spin offs. SNK vs capcom or something. They are still in the arcades and feature 3v3.
