Angel Pilot Episode: Blackout

Angel is sitting behind his desk in the office, waiting for a phone call from a client. The shutters are drawn, but light comes through the shades. Then it doesn't anymore, and Doyle is screaming in pain in the doorway.
Angel: What's wrong, another vision?

Doyle: Not just one, several. And my are they whoppers. Death, Destruction, Violence, all on an untold scale. Oh, and the sun's gone out.

Angel: In your vision?

Doyle: No, in reality. The sun went behind a cloud, and it's not coming back out. Not for quite some time. You're gonna need some back-up, champ. Call the Slayer.

Angel: But, but...

Doyle: Just do it.

Fade to Black. For contract reasons, Buffy characters can't appear on this show during the Pilot. Therefore, lights come back up in the office, where the interior lights are now turned on. Sounds of Chaos in the streets
Doyle: Well, what's the plan, hero?

Angel: It's a mess out there. Vampires are having a ball, and so's just about every other demon, warlock, or other nasty. So the plan is that she'll gather a large number of us between our two towns, she'll talk to her friends and someone will be killed by the mob every once in a while. Hopefully this will fix things.

Doyle: Really?

Angel Really.

Doyle: And what's your role?

Angel: Well, I'll sit around here and brood about Buffy. And maybe do a little investigating of my own.

Doyle: Well, it's not much better than my plan of getting roaring drunk and waiting for the world to end, but let's go for it!

This Buffy episode is long, ending in just under 48 hours. Vote in the usual Vote: format, the Innocent Victory condition is defined as: you win if all mafia teams are exterminated.
