Buffy Season 1, Episode 3: Early Decision

Buffy is seated at a table in the UC-Sunnydale library with Willow. It is otherwise vacant.
Buffy: I'm sorry about what happened to Xander. We'll make those vamps pay. I swear it.
Willow manages a weak smile.
Willow: He died fighting the good fight, that's what matters. And if things keep up like this, it sounds like vamps are going to be the least of our problems. That woman you fought up in L.A. Can you tell me anything more about her.
Buffy:Well, she was strong. I said that, right? And fast. And hard. Very, very hard. It was like punching granite. What could she be? And how can we stop something like that?
Willow: Well, based on what you've said and a little research, it sounds like something of godly or near-godly power, a sort of Hell-goddess, perhaps. An Old One would seem possible, though they're not usually humanoid ... One of those things that talks to Doyle, those ... Powers that be, was it? Although I don't know why they would. I'll keep hitting the books.
BuffY: Thanks Willow.

A young woman walks onto UC Sunnydale's campus. dcmort93 stops and examines her map. Finally she folds it up, takes a deep breath, and walks into a nearby building. A man is asleep at the desk.
dcmort: Excuse me, Is this UC Sunnydale's admissions office?
The man wakes up, startled.

Man: Why, yes. At least, it was. Most people fled due to recent events. Can I help you?

dcmort: Well, I was hoping to enroll. You see, I never got my bachelor's degree.

Man: Have you filled out an application?

dcmort No, what's that?

Man: Look, miss. I don't have time for your jokes. Here's another copy of our application. If you haven't filled out your application, go home, fill it out and mail it in. In fact, forget about the application, leave now. Forget about the application. Before it's too late.

Doors slam shut on the office.

Man: Oh no, old Mrs. Creary's back.

Man jumps out window and takes off running. dcmort makes to follow, but the bookcase intercedes. A ghostly old woman appears.

Old Mrs. Creary: Make fun of this institution will you. Now you will pay.

Drawers slide open, scissors come flying out and impale dcmort.
