Kingdom of England(for fast and agressive players) has 20 provinces and can conquer:

Number of Provinces she has / 10 + 10 For ex. First turn England can conquer
20/10 + 10 =12 province Second turn 32/10 + 10 = 13 then 45/10..........

Kingdom of France(for defensive but diplomatically agrassive players)has 40 provinces and can conquer:

Num. of pro. she has / 10 +6

New Spain(for colonialists) has 50 provinces and can conquer:

Num. of pro. she has / 5

Holy Roman Empire(For Emperors who are diplomatic genius) has 60 provinces and can conquer:

Num. of pro she has / 10 + 5

Ottoman Empire(For military genius) has 70 provinces and can conquer:

Num. of pro she has / 10 + 4

Poland(for person who uses geopolitic and diplomacy well) has 20 provinces and can conquer

Num. of pro she has / 5 + 1

Russia(for Cominist :D ) has 50 provinces and can conquer:

Num. of pro she has / 10 + 5

Help Area

Conquering provinces: Simply copy your Country's colour and paste another province which is not yours already..

Also know that: Natural provinces ( white ones) need 1 point(num of pro u have/etc + etc) but other
provinces which were controlled by another countries need 3 point( this make hard to conquer whole nation)

For ex. England can conquer 13 provinces so they can conquer 13 natural or 2 from France+ 7 natural or 4 from
France + 1 natural

Colonize: You can sail anywhere and colonize there


Diplomacy

This is the most important part...

- you cannot atack Nation without declaration of war
- you cannot pass from province without military alliance
- you cannot attack your allies ally
- you can call ally for help if ally do not enter war with you your alliance will broken..

Like Total War Playing depends on turn

Turn line:

England > France > Spain > Portugal > HRE > Ottoman > Russia > Poland > China > Japan > İndia

You can choose any nation .. After seven people we will start..

Countries that were not controlled by anyone will not play and will not effective in diplomacy

Question:

Inland provinces (anything without a border touching the sea) can they be taken if you can't get to them via the sea?

Land provinces: do you have to border them?

you must have a dock(inland province) and you can easily colonize inland provinces..imagine sea like a province :D

secondly yes you have to border them..

and pick your country please..if you want to play

Rules for Portugal?

There are quite a few islands off the coast of Scotland. I can't tell if they're single provinces or part of something else.

Also your picture is screwy in Paintbrush (a Paint app for Mac).
