Thread: CTD after destroying Rome

    Default CTD after destroying Rome

I capture the Roman capital Segestica, which as I understand has their last remaining family member; upon which the game consistently crashes. I have remembered to activate the script.

The crash occurs during my turn in 215BC with or without the script activated. I am running 1.2 with all the fixes and no other mods installed.

    Thanks for this detailed report.
There was a case very similar to your one, it was solved by destroying the Romans via console:
open the console and type surrender_regions seleucid

If this don't help you, post back here, I'll load your save then.

Thanks, it seems to have worked; I have progressed a few years now without incident. One more thing, is there another way of reading the 215bc year in history? I quite liked those and I missed that particular one because of the crash
