If you are going to extend the map all the way to China, then there really is no excuse not to have a Tibetan culture. Also, did I misread or has this mod's start date been changed?

We are not, gamegeek proposals' don't speak for the mod itself.

Could you please go to the darned dev forum and post it there. We could use it as a late-campaign concept if we even finish this one, but to avoid confusing the forumgoers, please put a warning and/or spoilers in it.

If only one culture slot is usd for INdia I cannot see why One cant be used for China.
