Default Adapting mods for a mac

    Hi all,

I'm looking to make some mods work for my RTW gold edition on mac.
I was already able to make RTR work, thanks to edwin's work, and i managed myself to make citadel TW and RomeMedieval TW work on my mac.
However, NTW2 and European wars don't work, i tried launching them with all sorts of prefixes, as -nm, -show_err,... but nothing works, and no error shows up.

I am looking for people to help me sorting these two ones out, my goal is to make as much mods working, and perhaps (with the original modders permissions) release a mac version of the mod...

    Cheers,

    Thibaud

How did you get RomeMedieval TW to work? I tried to get mods to work using Wine and crossover...but it is above my expertise...

I just deleted the sounds "music" folder, replacing it with the original music.dat and music.ibx (well, something like that).
I encounter problems with the sounds in my mods, they won't play if they are not packed in .dat...
That's how i got NTW2 to work... removing sounds.
That way i can play the napoleonic era combats, but, without the sound of the cannons and muskets, it looks rather... well... weird, i must say.
I'm working on packing the sounds as a .dat right now...
