Completely depends on when my class it as Uni, or what time I start work at, its not regular and I often get evening shifts.
Usually not earlier than 6:30 though, as late as 10:30 if I'm lucky, but then I don't get to sleep until late often...

Usually around 7am - with kids though it kind of depends on them!
When I was a younger (single man), I'd sometimes stay in bed till around 4pm at the weekend - a shocking waste of daylight it seems to me now!

5:00 AM Mondays, Wensdays, and Fridays, 4:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 9:00 AM on the weekends.
