    Usually around 7am - with kids though it kind of depends on them!

    When I was a younger (single man), I'd sometimes stay in bed till around 4pm at the weekend - a shocking waste of daylight it seems to me now!

    5:00 AM Mondays, Wensdays, and Fridays, 4:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 9:00 AM on the weekends.

    Unless I'm sick or need a Garfieldish break I wake up at 8:00 AM, weekday or weekend. Fridays are different. I need to get up at 7:00 AM to catch the Latin Grammar class at 8:45.
