No one is trying to shun anyone. We will be actively neutralizing any and all threads and posts that are considered, by the staff, as vulgar or lacking in civility towards other Orgahs. Humor at the expense of another Orgah (a form of personal attack) is not ok. Profanity is not ok. Vulgarity that crosses the PG-13 line is not ok.

We encourage FR Orgahs to behave like friends in a public social setting. Imagine being at a large social gathering with your family and friends, with people of all ages, colors, creeds, etc., present. It is not hard to be nice, nor is it hard to adjust one's choice of words--we do it all the time when it's necessary. We (the staff) are reminding everyone that it is necessary here. We don't enjoy depriving any Orgahs of their privileges to participate here, but it is our responsibility to uphold the quality standards of the Org. Thus, we will be stepping up our vigilance and applying consequences to those who choose to ignore the guidelines we've established.

Please, everyone: be nice; keep it kosher. We don't enjoy having to come down on anyone. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy their time here. Everyone.
