Ha! god knows what that Bloody Sacha person was on but it is not true, if using CA's files were illegal there would be no mods at all.

Not that we would be using textures from RTW anyway.

I suppose using R:TW files for a M2:TW mod would be illegal since you are distributing R:TW material to people who haven't paid for it. Of course it's going to be hard show any convincing damages, so it would make for an iffy court-case.
