I guess it depends on the length of the beard and what the guy actually looks like, really.
Some guys really suit the bearded look, whereas others just come across as a hobo... then again, you also have the clean-shaven baby-faced guys who look like a fifteen year old, which is a complete no-no for me as well; a man's gotta look rugged if he's going to go down that route, the teenage look doesn't appeal to an adult woman, ta very much.
