at £25 it is well worth considering i probably paid more for RTW and ETW sadly i am going on holiday for two weeks and i am so upset that i wont be able to play, thats how good it is for me at least

Depends what you look for in a game really. My copy came in last monday, I browsed around a bit and started a Chosokabe campaign on hard. Each TW title has room for improvement (played all except ETW, NTW apart from the demo) and being a fossil I might insist the original STW was the best. But I expect TWS2 will force me to revise that POV. The AI has quite a bag of tricks in both the campaign and the battlefield, the auto calc works nicely, it has nice weather effects, the RPG and movies helps you to really get into it, the encyclopedia is nice.

After a good week of play, I'd say yes definately.
I'd also say it is worth it, even at steam's full £30. IMHO this is what TW should be like -a near constant balancing act under fluid pressures.
