Warnings, Infractions, and Bans are not discussed with people other than those concerned for privacy reasons. Megas is aware of the reason and can inform you about it if he wishes to.

He was banned not put prison. If you have his IM or email information i'm sure he'd be happen to inform you, or maybe not. I didn't have much interaction with him.

Banned members are permitted to register new accounts for the purposes of appealing their case in the Watchtower if they wish. We also do not send out covert ops teams to abduct people and keep them in solitary confinement in padded cells. They are still capable of using any and all forms of communication that do not involve the Org, including email, chat programs, Facebook, regular mail, fax, telephone, telegraph, semaphore flags, signal lamps, smoke signals, oral communication, sign language, and newspaper classified ads.

I specifically said members. Moderators are to remain inside their cages at all times and are only permitted to leave twice a day for five minute restroom breaks. Now get back to work!
