is this a real trait, or 'reward'? I have not seen any information regarding this in FAQ's or other searches but descriptions in just about every naval unit implies pretty heavily that there is some trigger to keep pirates from spawning, and i'm guessing also increase trade in every sea port.

has anyone become the 'ruler of the sea'? (I don't want to butcher the Greek term)

Essentially every naval unit, in it's description, says something along the lines of "if you wish to become Thelasotkia (Not sure the exact term) then you must build many of these" now you could just dismiss this but the description is present in many naval units implying that there is a way to stop pirates from spawning.

I wasn't sure if it was if your fleet needed to be a certain size, or you needed to destroy a certain amount of victories at the sea.
