    Jiri, if you have multiple generals in a battle, only one will get the 'command' of the battle, usually the one with the highest command stars, unless faction leader is present. I believe that generals have to 'command' a battle to be given 'blooded' instead of 'green, and to have battles count towards their total 'commanded' to get traits like 'veteran' 'grizzled' and 'seen the elephant'. I believe this is what happened, and as far as I know that is working as designed.

    And yes, if you tick the box for commanding reinforcements, but then minimize it or otherwise exit out of the pre-battle screen, it will un-tick the box automatically. This minor problem is fixed in M2TW, iirc.

    It has to escape from the field. Completely. Where you can't see the arrow on the mini-map.

    Also. I had never use that strategy XSamatan. I guess you made my battles a lot easier .

    No. He must only be in the battle. It doesn't matter if he is commanding or not.
