    Default Mobile Skins

I just got a phone that can browse the internet. I came to the org the other day and switched the skin to one called 'Mobile' now the whole screen is white and I can scroll but do nothing else. I can't change it back because the whole screen is white. Any remedy to this problem?

Ah! I'm losing my mind! :O

But seriously, the org during a snowstorm isn't very interesting to read.

I don't think I have any cookies. I just go the phone a few days ago and the org is pretty much the only website I have visited on it. :)

The phone is a Blackberry Curve 9360. Upgraded from a tired old flip phone that could barely make a phone call! :D

This is apparently a common bug with Blackberry and the Mobile skin. I have made a change that I hope will fix it. Please test and reply.

Also, please post your OS version.

Still White. My OS? The top of the phone reads 'AT&T Netgear'. Would this be it? I just got the phone and have no idea what the OS or how to find out what it is.

Thanks for the help though. :)

No, you're looking for an OS version number. It will look like a short IP address, such as 5.0.0.975. I don't have a Blackberry so I can't tell you how to navigate to it, but OS versions are generally found inside your settings, under some kind of generic 'about' or 'info' section.

Give me some time on my browser, TinCow. I couldn't find it in the options just now, but will look more later. Worst case scenario, I guess I could call up AT&T. Thanks. :)

Works great! Typing this from my phone. I just used lightweight instead of mobile. Thanks for the help all. Now I am going to continue to browse on my pc which is open on this thread at the moment as well. Isn't technology wonderful? :D

edit: Now I am back on my pc. It's like I am in two places at once or a split personality or something. I am wigging myself out! :O

    edit2: Ha ha, j/k!
