When is it starting??

Technically there have been monthly tournaments for the last several months, all the way through July, but most of those months have had no participants. I expect many participants again in July since the feedback I've gotten is that most people are free starting that month. It would be great if people could do June or even May (though many of us have finals!), and I'd be delighted to see people continue playing well into August and September, if possible.
