That's perfectly fine with me, under two conditions:
1) The players themselves don't mind (get their permission when the brackets get to that point).
2) Your need to be online at the same time as the matches doesn't cause scheduling issues with the players themselves. I don't want to see the matches delayed exclusively for recording purposes.

If you can handle that, you can call yourself the Official Tosa Cup Commentator in any commentary you do of them.
Frankly, as long as the above conditions are met, you can spec and record ANY match in the tournament.
