You cannot register another person unless they have an account on the Org.

In order to particpate in the tournament, you MUST have an Org forum account because without an account we cannot add your name in the tournament utility. Since the utility creates the bracket and manages all tournament games, it is impossible for you to participate if you are not in that system. As such, the following posts have NOT registered the people requested. If these players want to participate, they need to come here and create a forum account.
