Also, 28 is close to 30, a magical number that makes biological clocks tick harder...

A difference of 9 years is ok if you're older than 30, but at your age, 9 years is an awful lot. I know I lived in a complete different world with a complete different mindset at the age of 20 compared to now. Something to keep in mind.

Understand this before doing anything: She is much older than you and in a completely different state of mind when it comes to these things. You might find it difficult for her to take you seriously, and her life-priorities (not just romantic ones) are likely on different continents than those of your own. Metaphorically speaking of course.
