There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

    Delicious. And I mean it.

It's a combination of Balkan-European-traditional styles, a mixture of everything, including original takes on already known recipes which makes it even better.

I'll post pics of dishes up soon.

Common misconception. No, you won't get mugged, the streets are as safe as any other European capital (if you visit Bucharest).

Mmmm, the first two pictures are very nice. As one who enjoys photography, I can very much appreciate them.

I have been told by Romanian acquaintances finding themselves in my country to visit Romania. They even told me to find a wife there, hehehe!

In any case, from those couple of pictures, if that represents Romanian landscape, I see I would very much like to visit the country sometime simply to photograph. There are probably things like inns and the likes, or not?
