Hello!

I've got EB up and running . Does anyone know if, and if so; how one can construct ships? I'm playing the Casse faction right know and build some trading harbours but i'm not able to construct a ship. I destroyed the one you start of with to save money at the start :P.

Does anyone know?

You can only build ships in certain settlements, for the Casse the nearest one is Ictis.

If you conquer Ivernis (South Ireland) first, you can build ships there too.

Only for the both gaulish factions, not even Casse can build the Veneti ships.

wierd i was under the impression one could even with romans :\ lv4 goverment perhaps ?

Thanks! I discovered you can build them in Ictis now. I found it strange you couldn't build them in "london" conquered Britain and Ireland now, off to the continent;).

Ships are pretty expansive though...

I found it nearly impossible to start of with the Aedui... are the arverni easier?

There are Veneti ships? What do they look like?

Big.

A little bit because their territories are all connected and they don't have to deal with the romans early on.

Found the arverni to be considerably easier. You can take Massalia quite early, and the army in your northeast province, with some reinforcements, can take the arverni capitol. Once that's done it's pretty much just mopping up :)

i´m playing a new arverni campaign for 2 reasons their names are pontones and solduros never had solduros before wanna try them out

I'm stuck in the game right now. Everytime I click end season the game shuts down all together. How can I overcome this problem? Trying to install the 1.2 version now. dunno if that helps...
