    @Krusader

You know you can just download an ME1 savegame....
There is a website...I cannot remember the exact link...should come if you Google it...it has this huge number of savegames from ME1 and ME2....with the various decisions all listed.

ME2 was very tame. The best it's ever been done IMO was in the first game. It was...tasteful.

Well its something the "romance subculture people" over at Bioware forums want. Man, some of those guys are creepy though.
Like this guy who theorized that Quarian sweat, if licked can be an aphrodisiac. Seriously, there are some people who are too into the romance bit and seems way too much focused on that aspect in Mass Effect games.
Why not make a Leisure Suit Asari spinoff game after ME3? That’s what alot of people seem more interested in and it’s starting to feel like Mass Effect is becoming a weird sort of furrie fandom derivative.

As for Romance, Mass Effect 1 did it way better, but Bioware's best romance was in KOTOR1. Otherwise they have never been THAT good at it IMO.

It's amazing how video game romance make people shed their inhibitions and talk about really personal stuff....

KOTOR romance (I'm referring to Bastila, not the whine-whine-boy) was, well, too ideal....I still cringe whenever I replay the last dialogue between Revan and Bastila aboard the Starforge.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    • Bastila Shan: First there is something I must know. Do I have a place in your future? Do you love me?
    • Revan: I do love you.
    • Bastila Shan: I love you too. With all of my heart.
    • Revan: You're not afraid to love anymore?
    • Bastila Shan: After this? No. Nothing makes me feel more safe than to be loved by you

Hey, I cried when I saw that scene for the first time. Don't be disrespecting my Revan-Bastila romance.

Then again I cried when I saw the ending of Halo 3 and saw the Master Chief stranded in the middle of nowhere getting back in his cryo chamber.

I also cried when Smoke died in GTA:SA.

And when I threw companion cube into the incinerator.

    Maybe I have a problem.

Have you check out the scene where Dom finds Maria in GoW2 yet?

    Edit:

I read a blog recently about how more and more people were beginning to like some features of RPG games like leveling up, without actually liking RPG games in themselves. For instance good shooting mechanics with skill trees and that kind of stuff. That is what made ME2 a success. And that is what made Alpha Protocol, which in my opinion was very good game, a failure. So if someone can successfully combine the genres, like a good FPS game with not-too-watered- down RPG features, they'll hit a goldmine....and I am almost certain that ME3 will do just that.
