is there Marian reforms in this game?

is there Marian Army reforms like there was in RTW, if there is, when? if there isn't, why? Thanks for your reply

The Marian reforms are in the game. However, unlike vanilla RTW, they require specific conditions to be fulfilled before firing. The details can be found in the FAQ, under 'Gameplay'.

If your new FM are not given sharp/charismatic/vigerous line as a plebian then what ? I always have one missing. i have managed to buy a general with this but he has not picked up the popular trait - is this an option.

If you don't get a reformer, you can still wait for 90 provinces (or change the script, search the forum for that, there must be dozens of threads about this topic).
