Why would you take such a risk as a detective? And reveal your results too, since it's like you're condemning others to the sword as well as yourself.

You're supposedly an important role, yet you've drawn heaps of attention to yourself by masquerading as mafia and have been forced to reveal your hand... only the mafia has gained anything from this, particularly as a DJ favour scan doesn't allude to one's alignment.

Well done folks. I assume my acting as mafia strategy and joking around is what got me lynched? I hope you haven't killed the other detective yet. (If there is one). There are a lot more players who are bad for the town than me... reminds me of the Chamber.

It's a terrible strategy and it doesn't really give the town much room to act; this could be a ruse to confuse us and leave you alone, which is a decent tactic to try as mafia, particularly when you were under some pressure to begin with. Ergo, we should lynch you to be on the safe side.

However, it could all be a legitimate, if extremely foolish, townie gambit... in that sense, you've been revealed and the mafia will target you, which means that the town is losing a power role. This isn't like my own efforts to drum up conversation and gauge reactions, since I'm vanilla and completely useless in the grand scheme of things.

Damned if we don't only if he is in fact mafia. If he's town, he might not even be killed at night. Favor is not alignment, and he only detects favor. While it's likely there is some use for such a role, it doesn't detect mafia. (And, btw, because of that, it is strongly implied that he does have the ability he claims, even if he is mafia, because mafia shouldn't be able to guess that very easily. Now if you and/or ATPG have been running around telling your character names or if you are also mafia, then that's different. Note also that his result doesn't clear either of you of being mafia.)

This is still a bad outcome no matter what happens; masquerading as mafia as ultimately led to Visor being outed as a town investigative role... even if we call his ability to scan DJ favour as a bit 'meh' (that's open to discussion though, I think it has it's uses), the mafia still have a power role to target over the coming night phases.

If you see no merit in his claimed ability, it's better to follow through on the lynch to be certain that he's not playing a Xanatos Gambit... I think that if we pooled together knowledge of what the goals are for each level of DJ favour, his ability would gain more use.

I think that this is a poor vote with no explaination beyond 'mixing things up'; robbiecon, why would you want to do that when there's a handful of people who merit a vote? Visor, TLD, myself, Believer, autolycus... so why vote for Ichi?

I think what we've got here is a scum, who implied to be something else, but either her or her buddy accidentally popped the very person she was imitating. You did not explicitly say anything, but let's face it, quoting lyrics, very much seems to be suggesting who you are, a la soft claim. First off, this whole accusation of Secura is suspiciously, err – easy to follow, by robbiecon standards. I think he takes considerably more care with his posts when he is mafia. Second, the reason is an easy-peasy one for mafia to jump on. Woot, you lied, end of story, must lynch, too bad, so sad. Heck, with evidence of a serial killer in the write-up for any enterprising mafia to notice, maybe he could even think there’s a good chance he was right. (Does Auto’s death have anything to do with the non-resumption of the Secura case by Robbie today?)

Kanye West's popularity has been pretty low since he upstaged Taylor Swift with the whole "I'mma let you finish..." thing, back in Sept '09; with Diamondeye being genre-savvy as he is (he had Gaga down as Neutral popularity, after all), I'd wager that Kanye would either be Neutral or Bad... I am leaning towards the latter, since the guy is such a self-centered, arrogant piece of work. In fact, he's probably Bad/Bad, as he doesn't seem to be up DE's street, particularly given fellow-rapper Eminem's favour with the DJ.

You guys can take this with a pinch of salt, particularly given my own arguments in my defense regarding the Gaga lyrics, but this is just adding more fuel to the funeral pyre for robbiecon, in my opinion.

I should clarify that, while posting in a Kanye-esque fashion and linking his videos isn't indicative of robbiecon's guilt or even his identity being Mr West in the first place, as a potential role for this sorta game Kanye's certainly the one that would fit the bill of Bad Popularity.

Given his previous behaviour, particularly his weak accusations against me in the previous round and his flimsy, non-confrontational vote in this round, robbiecon's definitely worth the lynch.

I am fully aware that it's flimsy as sole reason for voting for him, but one has to bare in mind that this is based on assumption, interpretation and my own genre-savvyness; the popularity of any musician is open to debate, and the favour comes solely down to how Diamondeye perceives that musician.

While I perceive Kayne's popularity to be low, given the sorta gentleman that he is, I don't doubt that he has scores of fans who would argue otherwise... it's entirely possible that he's Neutral in the context of the game, but he is most definitely not Good.
