"Blacker than a moonless night. Hotter and more bitter than Hell itself… that is coffee."
I think what we've got here is a scum, who implied to be something else, but either her or her buddy accidentally popped the very person she was imitating. You did not explicitly say anything, but let's face it, quoting lyrics, very much seems to be suggesting who you are, a la soft claim. That is why I am voting you, as you lead us down the garden path. Tell us who you really are, and I'll consider lifting my vote.
I may be new to the game, but I ain't too stupid to realise that I'm right here.That is a naive approach to playing mafia;
Day 2, hardly ever has strong choices. That's not naive, that's pretty close to fact.
Let's face it, if I had been quoting Johnny Cash lyrics, for example, obviously that would be the person you'd believe I am.
I'd probably have been throwing hints as to who I am, except for the fact I only know one song by him.
I would suspect, yes.Let's face it, if I had been quoting Johnny Cash lyrics, for example, obviously that would be the person you'd believe I am.
And if I replied to Secura: You may have been born this way, but I was born in the USA.
You would assume I was Bruce Springsteen, no?
Are you purposefully trying to come across as naive?
Gaga was obviously a role given Diamondeye's posts before and during the game, it would take a foolish player to masquerade as her if they had something to lose, which they inevitably would were they mafia or even a power role; the real Gaga could claim at any time they liked, and killing them would simply reveal the mafiioso for what they really were.
You can call that WIFOM if you wish, but it's utilising alot more logic than any argument against me has done so thus far; I still think the argument does me a discredit as a player, too.
There's only going to be three outcomes to revealing my identity, and they all end in yet another early death; why ask me to reveal when you can keep your vote where it is and find out my role anyway?Tell us who you really are, and I'll consider lifting my vote.

I didn't say that you were stupid, treacle; you can find strong choices on Day One, it's all dependent on reading between the lines and understanding other players. I can recall a certain player who accurately identified three scummers by Night Two based upon their behaviour up to that point... and that was in a large game.
This stance doesn't surprise me given your answers to my little questionnaire in Animus... never assume, especially in circumstances like this, because there's always an inevitable "told you so" waiting for you; I will be taking Believer and Split's lyric posting with a pinch of salt, rather than assuming they're Brandon Flowers, Roger Daltrey or whoever else.
Hopefully you'll follow that advice for Day Three.
"Blacker than a moonless night. Hotter and more bitter than Hell itself… that is coffee."
Maybe Secura is a crazed serial killer who chooses targets by imitating them
edit:
Not a member of the who, in any way shape or form. I just liked the chance to throw the song out there. And to sort of poke fun at what was going on with your situation![]()

Thank you for proving my point. :3Not a member of the who, in any way shape or form. I just liked the chance to throw the song out there. And to sort of poke fun at what was going on with your situation![]()

One example, but there's been other games where the mafia have been pinned down early based on their activities in the opening stages of the game; that one was merely fresh in the memory because it was a game I hosted and the last one that I actively read.
You asked for my opinion on who to lynch, and I gave it; I believe that they're valid choices, and hope that you'll consider them as such once my alignment and role has been revealed. :3
What I'm trying to say is that I've seen enough from robbiecon and Believer to suggest that they'd be strong choices for pressuring with votes in the next day phase, since this one is a forgone conclusion.

I'm saying that I don't believe we have any strong choices. Literally nothing has happened that could allow there to be.I believe what Secura is trying to say is that simply because at the start of games it is usually hard to nail scum it doesn't mean it's an excuse to make poor choices.
I remember in a recent game, I nailed a scum who used P.I.S. They didn't believe me, tried to lynch me the next day, I survived, and only due to robbiecon revealing, did they finally believe me.
Same thing, see above. :DOne example, but there's been other games where the mafia have been pinned down early based on their activities in the opening stages of the game; that one was merely fresh in the memory because it was a game I hosted and the last one that I actively read.
@ Secura
The day ain't over yet, so I don't know why you're saying it's a foregone conlcusion.
But regardless, activity is good.
Unvote; Vote: Astain for lack of a choice.

Only two now. You did set yourself up there. (Rather unlucky, but still.)
3 is not a strong choice when we have this many players.
@ Renata
Why?
Even if you spared me from the lynch now, someone would only bring me up as a possible candidate at a later time, which is terrible when numbers dwindle and each lynch becomes more important; so, if there's any suspicion as to my role, then it's better to get rid of me now rather than leave me alive and have the hard choice come up later.
Of course, that's if the mafia leave me alive as lynchbait rather than outright kill me.
"Blacker than a moonless night. Hotter and more bitter than Hell itself… that is coffee."
Everyone who is alive will no doubt, so that isn't really important.someone would only bring me up as a possible candidate at a later time
On another note, what mistakes have I made that makes you think I'm town?
EVERYBODY VOTE VISORSLASH RIGHT NOW.

Thanks.
Happy to help.
Unvote; Vote: Abstain :D
You traitor!
Highly doubt it that would mean there is 3 killers in the game since Secura never kills as a sk. And there was two kills last night she is either scum or a townie doing a foolish thing that allows for scum to jump on the wagon. If she turns out to be innocent I would have a close look at voters numbers two and three since there is nothing scum like better then a case where their appears to be evidence.
Secura may very well be guilty, don't think for a moment I am defending her. But quick question everyone: Since when did quoting lyrics not of your character become a scummy move?
How is it scummy, why is it scummy, none of this makes any sense to me. How is it a useful tactic as scum? In what way does it ensure or better the odds of her survival?
Is it even WIFOM-y? How could she use her apparently "scummy" behavior as evidence of her innocence... it still baffles me anyone would think it is scummy at all.
