College confirmation lost in the mail.

Called them yesterday. They told me to send it in again with a note explaining the situation, but made no guarantee they'd accept it. They also cancelled my financial aid yesterday, so...when they get this...I hope I get that back.

Why would they cancel your financial aid?

Well, I think that they think that I'm not going to go to their college.

But why would they do that? If it got lost in the mail but they know you are coming, why would they cancel it?

Also, isnt there an online system?

Too much staff...too little communication. And they told me explicitly to send by mail. : /
I wonder if they will take e-mail...

Just keep calling and emailing them. Daily. It will show them you're still interested and intending to go there, and that this situation wasn't your fault and out of your hand. Best of luck Motep.
