Joe's behavior has been suspicious so far, for sure. For instance, he voted day 1, but not day 2. Why? It is suspicious to me. Perhaps he is attempting to keep a low profile and lip in amongst the crowd of inactive people.
Furthermore, there is this:First of all, he votes for Vincent without having any reason at all. Then he promises to provide a reason for voting for Vincent, which is yet unfulfilled.
