I can create you a bandwagon for any player that's at least slightly logical (i.e. not for inactives or the like) and I can also vote in a way that makes sure no one else will vote for that person...
Okay, some people can. But for me, I don't expect my votes to become bandwagons, and when they do I am surprised.
