I have asked the folks who have occupied the September slots if their games are ready to go and if they will be ready to go.

Both hosts have not developed their game design and both hosts cannot host anytime soon.

As such, with Capo IV on the way, I am clearing out the month of September entirely, and also dropping my own game in October, and transferring all 3 empty slots to Capo di Tutti Capo IV.

Any objections, please contact me, I will give a fair hearing; if you prefer, contact GeneralHankerchief or issaikhaan.

Looking at the small games may also be a good idea, I certainly don't want to host mine while Capo is ongoing. Perhaps having only one small one running beside Capo would be better?

We don't want to stop everything for Capo, it wouldn't be fair for the people who get killed early on to have nothing to do for a month or more. Plus, Capo is the kind of game where one can easily get locked out of the loop via an early death.
