Well I was able to think of something to start a conversation about, so I exchanged some messages with her and then I asked her if she wanted to hang out. That was my preferred method all along, but at first I couldn't think of anything to talk about, so I thought maybe I should just cut to the chase and see if she wanted to hang out, but like I said earlier it just didn't feel right.
