    Default LIL Waynes "Dear Anne"

I would post the song but I fear I will run afoul of the almighty JuJuBee

No it's not as good as "Stan" But It's Solid Wayne and Solid Wayne is pretty darn good

    Thoughts?
There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

I had to YT it and I admit that I wasn't going into the whole thing with high hopes... but it wasn't actually that bad.

Wow, I'm 3 minutes in and this is really, really boring. I expect a Lil Wayne song to be a lot of things, but not boring.

    You can't be serious....

Doom is a very good rapper, Big K.R.I.T. is a very good rapper, Reks is a very good rapper, hell even Mr. Ego himself Kanye West is a very good rapper. Lil Wayne is not a good rapper at all.

    Reks + DJ Premier ftw:

I got 30 secs in, and I was bored, how'd you make it to 3 minutes? His flow is slower than a seal swimming in molasses.

Ugh. I hate all of those mainstream rappers. Especially Lil Wayne. He has a few okay songs, I'll give him that, but he's simply incapable of deep lyrics.

If you're going to listen to mainstream rap, all you should really expect something of are the club songs. Anything more than that and you'll probably be disappointed.

EDIT: Here, check this out. I believe all the lyrics are clean.

No I am sincere, Lil Wayne is a good rapper due to his brilliant symbolism.

I really like his presentation, the flow and the sample used to set up the song. He is growing as an artist and he shares his growth with his fans. There is no comparison with Stan, and none needed. Dear Anne stands alone. Looking forward to the Carter IV.

You see? You didn't beleive me! I told you Anne was ubiquitous! Yet all thought I was a loon! Including Lil Wayne! But now...now...heh heh, all see the truth. JuJuBee will indeed be almighty, perhaps even omnipotent! Yes, I like the sound of that...omnipotent...has a nice ring to it.

    Rap music smells. :P
