Games that I like.

I will post about games that I like in this thread from time to time.

Medieval total war is perhaps my number one favorite game of all time. It does have a serious contender that might knock it off the top spot. That game is the orignal Panzer General for 1994. The game is so deep, I don't know of any turn based game that even compares to it. It was also a good aid for me to learn milltary history when I was younger. I looked up what the diffrent units where.

Its also a lot of fun playing the Berlin scenario holding out to the bitter end!

Does anyone here play the game? Perhaps we could arrange a multiplayer game sometime.

Panzer General was my first computer game and as you stay, still contends for the top spot.

Nowadays, though, if I want some PG action, I tend to load up Panzer General 2. It's regrettably less epic in scope, but correspondingly moves faster. Every year or so, I load up the Millerblitz mod (which extends the original Blitzkrieg campaign) and play it with Builder's Paradise E-file (which raises the cost of high value units).

econ21 I downloaded Panzer 2 a while back. I could never get into the game. I don't like how the units look. Also the interface is more awkward as well. Also the units look samey to me. A shame as the game has a lot of good features on it.
