Taking the save!
Taking the save!
Not willing to tolerate the losses to his income (caused by the Jewish rebels) any longer, Timon Arrhidaeos decides to attack, even though he is outnumbered in men and arms. But strength of will counts for many men and the Jews have none. As Timon personally leads the charge into the enemy formation, they start to rout. 220 rebels are killed in battle, the remaining 80 crucified. Trade income is back to 100%.

Taking the save!
The art of war, then, is governed by five constant
factors, to be taken into account in one's deliberations,
when seeking to determine the conditions obtaining in the field.
These are: (1) The Moral Law; (2) Heaven; (3) Earth;
(4) The Commander; (5) Method and discipline.

Hopefully, Ashurnasirpal II can end this turn but if he haven't done it in the next 24 hours I will end it myself. We need to keep the game moving.

The supreme, the merciless, the destroyer of opposition, the exalted King, the shepherd, the protector of the quarters of the world, the King the word of whose mouth destroys mountains and seas, who by his lordly attack has forced mighty and merciless Kings from the rising of the sun to the setting of the same to acknowledge one supremacy.

You need to post that in the Royal Treasury.

Moved Leontiskos south toward Ammonion with his private army, 1st Syrian following behind (one unit of Akontistai left in Paratoinon as garrison).
Taking the save.
Chancellor, please raise a unit of Pezhetairoi in Alexandreia. These are for the Royal Army which has fallen understrength, and thus must be recruited before anything else.
Besieged Antiocheia and almost unified my army again.

Skullheadhq - Could you re-post the save and this time could you compress it before uploading it. I can not use that file you have here!
Yes you can. When you open it, choose "file/save page as" in your browser's top bar menu, and let it save the default way. It should say "save as text document" but just say okay.
It automatically packages itself into the right format when you do the above.
I loaded it and used it successfully.

I'll check it.
Edit: Got it working. But in the future, please compress the saves before uploading them!
And thank you, Paul D.

KotN-266-1-3
Moved Euergetes and the Royal Army into the fleet just off the coast.
Hopefully I may use it to bypass the rebel army and siege Side without suffering any more casualties. I ask the Chancellor to move the fleet to a position close to Side where the army can disembark.
Also the public order in Tarsos has gone dreadful and will have to be sorted out.
Taking the save.
Edit: no, I don't have it. If someone wants to do something there is still time.

In fact, to give myself time to calculate the finances and fight the battle, I will extend this turn. Sorry about this.
