At the moment there are just two available trade routes from Alexandreia.
They are:
Alexandreia - Diospolis Megale
Alexandreia - Tarsos

There are also the following trade routes available:
Memphis - Hierosolyma
Memphis - Salamis
Diospolis Megale - Alexandreia
Diospolis Megale - Hierosolyma
Hierosolyma - Memphis
Hierosolyma - Diospolis Megale
Hierosolyma - Tarsos
Salamis - Alexandreia
Salamis - Memphis
Salamis - Tarsos
Salamis - Rhodos

I wouldn't choose trade route with Tarsos since it is besieged by the enemy.

In that case I'd take the route from Alexandreia to Diospolis Megale.
