* This is the last turn when people have to pay the recruitment cost of the Trireis.
** Added 182 mnai to john's income since I accidentally deducted it from his Treasury. The Law E1.2 say: "To this end, Leontiskos Thraikikos will initially pay 1500 mnai for the construction, while the remaining cost of 4000 mnai should be shared equally among the rest of the Council."
