I've made this template in Excel 2007 to ease up the scoring part.

You just need to add the date of the match , Winner and Loser . it will update all scores automatically.

It will calculate a lot of stuff , do ladders , winning % , faction scoring and keep a database of results of matches while keeping imputed data at a minimum ( date of match , winner , loser).
