It's taking a distressingly long time for the bulk of the map to conquer Egypt, although if the fleets coming my way are any indications, things should speed up soon.

massive trench warfare. it already is kinda and its just more massive in 2 rounds already. sheer power in numbers will make the difference. so either the mongols will seal the deal or the western forces. whoever arrives the scene first. and as this one army group of the mongols made a u turn down south into iraq already with a spearhead down to basra it probably is the mongols who ll arrive first

For now it's everyone vs the Mongols and Fatamids yes. The Mongols need to go because any one nation would be unable to stop them one on one, and their victory conditions can allow them to win quickly if left unchecked.
