I'd be up for that kind of game. It would be an interesting change and wouldn't demand too much from the participants with them playing single turns.
Maybe a 24 hour wait before the same player could take another turn after playing? Not letting anyone play two turns in a row might work as well, although it could be good to leave it as an option in case there's a period of time other oplayers are too busy.

Kermit's made a TWS2 guide? Oh, the other frog....
I'm up for a game like this as well. Sounds interesting!
I'll be on in 6 hours or so, i think there is no need for NB to sub me.

Hey everyone, sorry for the wait on the turns I have up. Christmas hit me pretty hard timewise. Then I was all set to work on them this morning but was ordered to work an extra half shift. To top it off they're both fairly important, time intensive turns. I should be able to do them within a day or two but to get them out sooner I'm going to pm the gm my pw and which people can sub in case they can get them out faster.

Yes indeed, welcome!
I would like to apologise for my tardiness in completing hotseat turns recently - as I've mentioned elsewhere I'm going through a tough time in RL at the moment and I'm afraid my full attention is not here.
thanks for the reminders and keep them coming, it's certainly useful to be nudged.

Hey, everyone here who is a US resident should think about signing some anti SOPA petition.
If you don't know what this is, or are not a US resident, then you should do some reading about it as it will mots likely close over half of the websites you visit.

phonics - I liked the interview with Cecil. Nice to see the Tales continuing.
Wow, Cecil sure loves his RPGs. Now I know why he wanted that Sigismund von Mahren set Can we get TinCow to run something similar again? A choose your own adventure RPG sounds really interesting.
BTW In TATW I'm the High Elves, slysnake is the Sylvan Elves and Rougeman is the Free People of Eriador, just an FYI. When do we make the next update? A few games have already changed since we compiled this

He sure does! It was great finding out more about Cecil, he's one of the Throne Room's more enigmatic denizens..it's also nice to find out the origin of the name. I had guessed it might be a Pope or something but was too lazy to wiki to find out...
Yeah, in the first line I put Rougeman in brackets after Eriador and where you talked about the elves collectively later I put Myth and slysnake. So I think that's correct isn't it?
Next update next month!

I've been AI stomping with the High Elves up until now. I did sub Rohan for a time though, just ask Deguerra
I must say I'm proud of Zim, he's been a real trooper keeping you guys at bay until I come and wipe you out. I mean, until I come to reinforce the defensive effort

Throne Roomies,
I am aggrieved to announce that due to the implacable will of Fate I am forced to leave you for a period of one week to go here:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Terrible as this may seem I urge you not to be overwhelmed by pity for me but simply know that I will do my best to return to you in as fit a state as possible to resume my duties as moderator, game admin and player.
In their compassion for my plight, Zim has agreed to take over my admin duties and sub me in WotK, while Cecil will sub me in LS and NB will sub me in MoT.
While I will not have access to my gaming computer I may well be logging in from time to time to check on things and so you might catch me, provided they have internet access here:
