It's also suspicious, how Pizzaguy never shared where he was King of. Only that he had a champion. He joked that he was King of all Norway...very usurper-like no?

There is Sunnmøre, Rogaland, Fjordane, Hålogaland, Nordmore and Hovgod as the mediators. The King of Nordmore, Sunnmore and Rogalnd are dead. There might be one more but somebody else look in the write-ups my head hurts..
